References throughout these Terms to “FlightsMojo”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to FLIGHTS MOJO LLC.

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and booking facilitator that enables customers to search for, compare, and reserve flights offered by airlines and travel suppliers around the world.

When you make a booking through FlightsMojo, our role is limited to facilitating the reservation process between you and the airline, consolidator, reservation system, or travel supplier responsible for providing the travel service.

FlightsMojo does not own, operate, manage, control, or provide airlines, aircraft, airports, transportation services, or travel products. We are not an air carrier, charter operator, or transportation provider.

The transportation services offered through our Website are provided by independent third-party suppliers whose terms, conditions, conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage policies, refund policies, and operational procedures govern the actual travel service.

Your contract for transportation is with the airline or supplier responsible for operating the flight.

FlightsMojo’s responsibilities are limited to facilitating reservations, processing bookings, collecting payments where applicable, providing customer support, and assisting customers in communicating with suppliers regarding their bookings.

Although FlightsMojo carefully selects suppliers and technology partners, we cannot guarantee the performance, availability, quality, safety, or suitability of services provided by third parties.

By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree that FlightsMojo acts solely as an intermediary and booking facilitator.

The Website is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

By using the Website or making a booking, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the legal authority to enter into contracts;

FlightsMojo reserves the right to refuse service, decline bookings, suspend accounts, request additional verification, or cancel reservations where we reasonably believe these requirements have not been satisfied.

The availability of flights displayed on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular itinerary remains available for purchase.

Airline inventory, seat availability, taxes, fees, and pricing are controlled by airlines, reservation systems, and travel suppliers and may change without notice.

When you submit a booking request, FlightsMojo will attempt to secure the requested travel arrangements based upon the information provided by you.

A booking is not confirmed until:

• Payment has been successfully authorized and received;
• Supplier inventory remains available;
• The reservation has been accepted by the supplier;
• An electronic ticket or booking confirmation has been issued.

In certain circumstances, payment authorization may occur before final supplier confirmation is received.

If a booking cannot be confirmed, FlightsMojo will notify you and arrange for any collected funds to be refunded in accordance with applicable payment processing procedures.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a booking request will be successful and shall not be liable for supplier inventory changes occurring prior to confirmation.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate, complete, and consistent with the travel documents that will be used during travel.

This includes:

• Full legal names;
• Dates of birth;
• Nationality information;
• Passport details;
• Contact information;
• Frequent flyer details;
• Emergency contact information where applicable.

Passenger names must exactly match the names appearing on the passport or government-issued identification that will be presented during travel.

Many airlines maintain strict rules regarding passenger name corrections after ticket issuance. In some cases, even minor spelling errors may require cancellation and rebooking of a ticket, resulting in significant additional costs.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for denied boarding, additional airline charges, ticket cancellation, loss of ticket value, or any other losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer.

Flight prices displayed on the Website are subject to constant changes in supplier inventory, airline pricing systems, taxes, fees, currency exchange rates, and government-imposed charges.

FlightsMojo makes reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy; however, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to supplier feed errors, technical issues, currency conversion discrepancies, system malfunctions, or human error.

All prices displayed on the Website are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

If a pricing error is identified before ticket issuance, FlightsMojo reserves the right to:

• Correct the fare;
• Request payment of the correct amount;
• Cancel the booking; or
• Provide a full refund of amounts paid.

FlightsMojo shall not be obligated to honor fares that are clearly erroneous or manifestly incorrect.

Government taxes, airport fees, security charges, fuel surcharges, and similar assessments may change between booking and travel. Where permitted by applicable law or supplier rules, such increases may be passed on to the customer.

All bookings must be paid using a valid payment method accepted by FlightsMojo.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method;
• The payment information supplied is accurate;
• Sufficient funds or credit are available;
• The transaction is lawful and authorized.

To protect customers, suppliers, and payment systems from fraud, FlightsMojo may conduct additional verification procedures before issuing tickets.

Such procedures may include requests for:

• Government-issued identification;
• Proof of address;
• Payment card verification;
• Authorization forms;
• Travel documentation;
• Additional supporting information.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to delay ticket issuance, decline transactions, suspend bookings, or cancel reservations where requested verification information is not provided or where suspicious activity is detected.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses arising from fraud prevention procedures reasonably implemented to protect customers and suppliers.

Electronic tickets and booking confirmations are issued subject to successful payment processing, supplier acceptance, fraud screening procedures, and confirmation from the relevant airline or reservation system.

FlightsMojo will use reasonable efforts to ensure that tickets are issued promptly following confirmation of a booking. However, ticket issuance times may vary depending upon airline systems, supplier processes, reservation platforms, payment verification requirements, and operational circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should not make irreversible travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, ground transportation bookings, visa appointments, event reservations, or other travel-related commitments until a booking confirmation and electronic ticket have been received.

Upon receipt of a booking confirmation, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all itinerary details, including passenger names, travel dates, airports, flight numbers, cabin classes, and ticket conditions.

Any errors or discrepancies should be reported to FlightsMojo immediately. Delays in reporting errors may limit available options for correction and may result in additional supplier charges or the need to purchase replacement tickets.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses arising from a customer's failure to review booking documentation promptly.

International and domestic travel may be subject to passport, visa, customs, immigration, health, security, and entry requirements imposed by governments, airlines, and regulatory authorities.

It is solely the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they possess all documentation necessary for their journey, including:

• Valid passports;
• Required visas;
• Transit visas;
• Residence permits;
• Entry authorizations;
• Health certificates;
• Vaccination records;
• Return or onward travel documentation;
• Any additional documents required by relevant authorities.

Passport validity requirements vary significantly by destination, and some countries require passports to remain valid for several months beyond the intended date of departure.

FlightsMojo does not provide immigration advice and cannot guarantee eligibility for entry into any country.

Information displayed on the Website regarding travel requirements is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, immigration, or governmental advice.

Any denial of boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, detention, quarantine, missed flight, travel disruption, or additional expense resulting from insufficient documentation or failure to satisfy entry requirements shall remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any losses arising from a traveler's failure to obtain or maintain required travel documentation.

All bookings remain subject to the fare conditions, conditions of carriage, policies, procedures, and operational requirements established by the airline responsible for operating the flight.

Each airline maintains its own rules regarding matters including:

• Ticket validity;
• Check-in requirements;
• Boarding procedures;
• Baggage allowances;
• Flight changes;
• Refund eligibility;
• Cancellation rights;
• No-show policies;
• Name corrections;
• Seat assignments;
• Transportation of minors;
• Special assistance requests.

Airline rules vary significantly between carriers and fare types. Certain discounted or promotional fares may carry substantial restrictions and may not permit changes or refunds under any circumstances.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the conditions imposed by the airline operating the flight in addition to these Terms.

FlightsMojo cannot override airline fare rules, modify airline policies, or compel an airline to approve a request that is inconsistent with its published conditions.

Requests to modify an existing booking are subject to airline fare rules, supplier restrictions, seat availability, ticket conditions, and operational limitations applicable at the time the request is made.

Not all bookings are eligible for modification.

Where changes are permitted, customers may be required to pay:

• Airline change fees;
• Fare differences;
• Supplier administrative charges;
• Reservation system fees;
• Airport tax adjustments;
• FlightsMojo service charges.

The amount payable may vary substantially depending upon the fare purchased, the timing of the request, and the availability of alternative flights.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a requested change will be approved by the airline or supplier.

Once a booking has been modified, the revised itinerary may become subject to a different set of fare rules, restrictions, and pricing conditions.

A voluntary cancellation occurs when a customer chooses to cancel a booking for personal reasons rather than as a result of airline disruption or cancellation.

Cancellation rights depend entirely upon the fare conditions applicable to the ticket purchased.

Many discounted, promotional, and special fares are wholly non-refundable and may not provide any refund entitlement once a booking has been confirmed.

Where a fare permits cancellation, any refund may be reduced by:

• Airline cancellation penalties;
• Supplier administration charges;
• Reservation system fees;
• Payment processing costs;
• Non-refundable taxes;
• FlightsMojo service fees.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

All cancellation and refund requests remain subject to review and approval by the relevant airline or supplier in accordance with the applicable fare rules.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a cancellation request or provide a refund.

An involuntary cancellation occurs where an airline cancels a flight, significantly modifies an itinerary, withdraws a route, or otherwise prevents transportation from being provided as originally booked.

In such circumstances, the options available to customers are determined by the policies of the airline responsible for the disruption.

Depending upon airline policy, customers may be offered:

• Alternative flights;
• Re-routing options;
• Travel credits;
• Refunds.

FlightsMojo will use reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating with airlines and processing available options; however, the final decision regarding refunds, compensation, rebooking, or alternative transportation remains the responsibility of the airline.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses arising from airline operational decisions, schedule changes, route withdrawals, equipment substitutions, or service disruptions.

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.

FlightsMojo acts as an intermediary in the refund process and does not independently determine whether a refund should be approved.

Where a refund request is submitted, FlightsMojo will forward the request to the relevant supplier and assist in processing any refund that may be authorized.

Refund amounts may be affected by:

• Airline fare restrictions;
• Supplier penalties;
• Government taxes;
• Currency fluctuations;
• Reservation system charges;
• Administrative fees;
• FlightsMojo service fees.

Refund processing times vary considerably and may depend upon airline procedures, banking institutions, card issuers, payment processors, fraud screening requirements, and operational factors beyond FlightsMojo's control.

While FlightsMojo will make reasonable efforts to facilitate approved refunds promptly, we do not guarantee any specific refund timeframe.

Customers acknowledge that refund processing may take several weeks and, in certain circumstances, significantly longer depending upon supplier procedures.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, payment processors, reservation systems, or other third parties involved in the refund process.

Failure to travel on a booked flight without obtaining an approved cancellation may result in the booking being classified as a no-show.

Many airlines automatically cancel remaining flight segments when a passenger fails to travel on an earlier segment within the same itinerary.

A no-show may result in:

• Loss of ticket value;
• Cancellation of return flights;
• Cancellation of onward segments;
• Loss of refund eligibility;
• Additional rebooking costs.

No-show policies are established solely by the airline concerned.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a passenger's failure to travel on a booked flight or comply with airline check-in and boarding requirements.

Airlines reserve the right to modify flight schedules, routes, departure times, arrival times, aircraft types, operating carriers, airports, stopovers, and other operational aspects of a journey at any time before departure.

Such changes may occur for a variety of reasons including operational requirements, weather conditions, airport restrictions, air traffic control measures, technical issues, staffing shortages, regulatory requirements, commercial decisions, security concerns, or events beyond the airline's control.

FlightsMojo has no authority to control or prevent airline schedule changes and does not guarantee that flights will operate exactly as originally scheduled.

Where FlightsMojo receives notification of a schedule change from an airline, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change to the customer using the contact information provided during the booking process. However, customers remain responsible for monitoring their booking and confirming flight status directly with the airline prior to travel.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses, expenses, inconvenience, accommodation costs, transportation costs, missed connections, loss of earnings, or other damages arising from airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, diversions, or operational disruptions.

Baggage allowances, excess baggage fees, carry-on restrictions, sporting equipment policies, pet transportation rules, seat selection options, meals, lounge access, priority boarding, and other ancillary services are determined exclusively by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.

Airlines frequently apply different baggage rules depending upon route, fare class, cabin class, frequent flyer status, operating carrier, and destination.

Information displayed during the booking process is supplied by third parties and may be amended by airlines without notice.

Customers are responsible for verifying applicable baggage allowances and restrictions directly with the airline before travel.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for baggage charges, excess baggage fees, denied carriage of baggage, damaged baggage, delayed baggage, lost baggage, or disputes relating to ancillary services provided by airlines or suppliers.

Claims relating to baggage must generally be submitted directly to the airline in accordance with applicable airline procedures and international transportation conventions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable airline requirements, government regulations, immigration laws, customs rules, health requirements, security procedures, and travel restrictions applicable to their journey.

Customers must:

• Arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete all required procedures;
• Present valid travel documents when requested;
• Comply with airline check-in deadlines;
• Follow instructions issued by airlines and airport authorities;
• Maintain accurate and current contact information;
• Review booking confirmations and itinerary changes carefully.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, cancelled reservations, or additional costs arising from a customer's failure to comply with travel requirements.

FlightsMojo is committed to maintaining a secure booking environment and protecting customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and reservation systems from fraudulent activity.

To achieve this objective, FlightsMojo reserves the right to conduct verification procedures before, during, or after a booking has been made.

Such procedures may include verification of:

• Identity information;
• Payment details;
• Card ownership;
• Billing information;
• Travel documentation;
• Contact information;
• Transaction history.

FlightsMojo may delay, suspend, refuse, or cancel any booking where fraudulent activity is suspected, where information cannot be verified, or where we reasonably believe that a transaction presents an unacceptable level of risk.

Where appropriate, FlightsMojo may cooperate with airlines, payment processors, financial institutions, fraud prevention agencies, law enforcement authorities, and regulatory bodies in connection with fraud investigations.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses resulting from security measures reasonably implemented to protect customers, suppliers, or financial systems.

Customers are encouraged to contact FlightsMojo directly regarding any concerns relating to bookings, payments, refunds, or service issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their card issuer or payment provider.

Where a customer initiates a chargeback relating to a valid booking, FlightsMojo reserves the right to provide booking records, supplier confirmations, payment records, correspondence, and other supporting documentation to the relevant financial institution in order to dispute the chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds and results in financial loss to FlightsMojo, we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs, administrative expenses, collection costs, legal fees, and other losses incurred as a result of the chargeback process.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's legal right to dispute genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

The Website and all content, functionality, software, databases, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, images, booking technologies, source code, and other materials made available through the Website are owned by or licensed to FlightsMojo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Except as expressly permitted by law, users may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Website without prior written consent from FlightsMojo.

No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred through use of the Website.

FlightsMojo's role is limited to facilitating bookings between customers and independent suppliers.

Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, delay, inconvenience, injury, claim, or liability arising directly or indirectly from:

• Flight delays or cancellations;
• Missed connections;
• Overbooking situations;

• Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage;
• Supplier insolvency;

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of savings, loss of revenue, or loss of enjoyment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightsMojo's total aggregate liability arising from any booking or use of the Website shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to FlightsMojo in connection with the booking giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, cancellation, or inability to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include:

• Wildfires;
• Pandemics;
• Epidemics;
• Government restrictions;

Where a force majeure event occurs, FlightsMojo shall not be liable for resulting losses, costs, delays, cancellations, or disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any booking made through FlightsMojo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

By using the Website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based upon venue or forum non conveniens.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by FlightsMojo to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between FlightsMojo and the customer relating to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, representations, communications, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

FlightsMojo may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
