Prices displayed on flightsmojo.in generally include accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise), and, in certain cases, meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner). Prices do not include personal expenses or additional charges like telephone calls, concierge services, monument entry fees, or bar charges.

Our payment gateway is completely secure. Customers can make online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes are not revealed under any circumstances.

• Force Majeure:
• FlightsMojo is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
• Personal Responsibility:
• Users are responsible for verifying all travel-related information, including passport, visa, health, and other entry requirements. FlightsMojo will not be liable for any issues or damages resulting from a failure to comply with such requirements.

By using FlightsMojo, you agree that our liability is limited as described above and that you assume full responsibility for your use of the site and services.

The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes.

In case of an increase in the fare at the time of ticket issuance due to the airline, miscalculations, or payment gateway issues, FlightsMojo reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as cancellation charges. Any difference must be paid after communication from FlightsMojo.

You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

To get an infant ticket issued, the age of the infant must be below 2 years. Ensure valid proof-of-age documents are presented during check-in, and note that the infant must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years. Only one infant per adult is permitted. To avail infant fares, the infant must remain under 24 months for the entire itinerary; otherwise, a child fare is required.

To get a child ticket issued, the child must be between 2-12 years of age and must travel with an adult of at least 18 years.

All tickets and bookings issued to customers are additionally governed by the terms and conditions laid out by the respective airline or supplier.

FlightsMojo is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end.

If a ticket is cancelled directly through the airline's website, office, or call centre, the customer must inform FlightsMojo for the refund to be processed. FlightsMojo does not receive direct alerts from airlines.

Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your booking, you need to pay the entire amount upfront.

Refunds for No Show & Partially Used Tickets:

Refunds for no-show or partially utilised tickets follow the airline's terms and conditions and may take up to 90 days.

Infant Fares:

To qualify for infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months for the entire itinerary, including return journeys. If the infant turns 24 months or older during the return journey, a separate booking under a child fare will be required.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accepting our booking terms, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.

Every booking made on FlightsMojo is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary based on flight and booking class.

FlightsMojo.in charges INR 500 per passenger per sector for domestic bookings and INR 1000 per passenger per sector for international bookings as a non-refundable service fee. If the airline cancels the flight, FlightsMojo will still charge its standard service fee for handling the cancellation and refund process.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per specific airline policies.

Certain bookings cannot be cancelled partially, according to specific airline policies.

Cancellations can be made online or offline by sending an email to FlightsMojo at care@flightsmojo.in.

We assist with various amendments for bookings. In some cases, you may need to contact the airline directly.

Amendment charges on FlightsMojo.in are subject to airline policies, which vary based on flight timings and booking class.

To cancel tickets within 24 hours of the journey, FlightsMojo recommends contacting the airline directly first and then submitting the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be processed according to airline charges along with FlightsMojo's service fee. After flight departure and in case of a no-show, we do not entertain cancellation requests.

For no-shows, the refund amount depends entirely on the airline. FlightsMojo will refund the same amount it receives from the airline in such cases.

Amendments and Rescheduling:

Some booked fares may not be amendable or reschedulable, depending on the airline's policy. FlightsMojo charges a reschedule handling fee of INR 500 per passenger per sector, in addition to the airline's reschedule charges.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Fares:

Some fares may be non-refundable according to the airline's policy.

Cancellation Requests:

Only cancellation requests made online or via email (when the travel date is more than six hours away) will be entertained. FlightsMojo will not process cancellation requests made through any other medium.

• For cancellations 30 days or more before departure, the initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation fees.
• For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
• For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before departure, 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
• For cancellations within 8 days of departure, 100% cancellation charges apply and no refunds will be issued.

FlightsMojo will process refunds only after receiving a cancellation request or claim from the customer, travel agent, or corporate company through email.

Refunds for cancelled air tickets will be credited directly to the customer's original mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the airline.

FlightsMojo will process refunds within 72 hours of receiving the amount from the concerned airline, hotel, transporter, or other supplier.

Due to banking procedures, refunds to credit cards may take up to 72 hours, while net-banking refunds may take up to seven days.

Convenience Fees:

Convenience fees charged by FlightsMojo are non-refundable.

Partial Cancellation:

Partial cancellation of roundtrip fares, friends & family fares, and group fares is not permitted by airlines.

Flight Schedules:

Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and may change.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable to pay any refunds in cases where the airline or hotel ceases operations or declares insolvency.

Customers, clients, or agents shall not hold FlightsMojo liable for refunds promised at the time of booking if the airline or hotel closes its operations or declares insolvency.

Based on assurances from airlines, hotels, or suppliers, FlightsMojo may sometimes refund amounts to the customer but reserves the right to recover such amounts if the supplier becomes non-operational or bankrupt.

Contacting FlightsMojo for Refunds:

You must contact FlightsMojo for all refunds, as airlines cannot refund tickets booked through FlightsMojo.

Direct Airline Cancellations:

If you cancel directly with the airline, you must inform FlightsMojo via email or phone to initiate the refund process. Processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Convenience Fees:

Convenience fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable and apply to all cancellations, including partial cancellations, even if the ticket is cancelled directly with the airline.

Refund Credit:

Refunds will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

Discount Deductions:

For cancellations and refunds of partially used tickets, any upfront discounts or promo code discounts availed at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.

Documentation for Refunds:

If you cancel your booking directly with the airline, you must inform FlightsMojo with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. Contact FlightsMojo within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Extras:

Amounts paid for meals, seats, or extra baggage are non-refundable unless the flight is cancelled by the airline.

Policy Changes:

If the airline changes its policy after your booking is made, the new policy will apply to all previous bookings.

Refund Initiation:

FlightsMojo will initiate your refund only after receiving it from the airline.
