FlightsMojo User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of www.flightsmojo.com, www.flightsmojo.us, www.flightsmojo.ca, and any related websites, booking platforms, mobile services, customer support channels, applications, content, products, and services operated by FLIGHTS MOJO LLC (“FlightsMojo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Agreement establishes the rules, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to users of our services and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any supplier-specific terms that may apply to a booking.

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and booking intermediary that facilitates flight reservations and related travel services through airlines, reservation systems, airline consolidators, and other travel suppliers.

FlightsMojo is not an airline, air carrier, transportation provider, airport operator, or travel supplier.

Our Website and services are intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, or the services provided by FlightsMojo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

By using the Website, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive objections relating to venue.
